We do not believe in passive consumption. Every stage of our methodology is designed to create accountability and measurable skill growth.

Diagnostic assessment

Before your course begins, you complete a skills diagnostic that maps your current strengths and gaps. Your mentor uses this to customise weekly challenges, so you never waste time on material you have already mastered.

Weekly sprint modules

Each week centres on a single, high-impact skill. You receive a brief on Monday, work through curated resources mid-week, and submit a deliverable by Friday. There are no three-hour passive lectures — every interaction is hands-on.

Mentor review sessions

Your mentor provides written and video feedback on every submission within forty-eight hours. These are not generic comments; mentors reference specific sections of your work and suggest concrete improvements drawn from their professional experience.

Peer cohort workshops

Twice per course, you join a live two-hour workshop with your cohort. These sessions focus on collaborative problem-solving, presenting your work under time pressure, and receiving structured peer critique that sharpens your communication skills.

Capstone and portfolio

The final week is dedicated to a capstone project that synthesises everything you have learned. Completed capstones are added to your verified portfolio on the Expert Course Summit platform, visible to hiring partners and recruiters across Australia.

Common questions about our courses

Most of our courses assume foundational knowledge in the subject area. For Applied Data Science, you should be comfortable with basic statistics and have written at least a few scripts in any programming language. Strategic Leadership requires at least three years of people-management experience. Creative Strategy has no formal prerequisites but benefits from some exposure to design tools like Figma or Canva.
Plan for eight to twelve hours per week. This includes reviewing module materials, completing the weekly deliverable, and participating in any live sessions. Our learners are working professionals, so the schedule is designed to fit around a full-time role without requiring late nights.
