The course experience that changes how you learn

Most of our courses assume foundational knowledge in the subject area. For Applied Data Science, you should be comfortable with basic statistics and have written at least a few scripts in any programming language. Strategic Leadership requires at least three years of people-management experience. Creative Strategy has no formal prerequisites but benefits from some exposure to design tools like Figma or Canva.

Plan for eight to twelve hours per week. This includes reviewing module materials, completing the weekly deliverable, and participating in any live sessions. Our learners are working professionals, so the schedule is designed to fit around a full-time role without requiring late nights.

They are cohort-based with fixed start and end dates, but the weekly work itself is flexible. You can complete readings and deliverables at any time during the week. The only fixed-time commitments are the two peer workshops and optional mentor office hours.

Life happens. If you miss a week, your mentor will work with you to create a catch-up plan. You can also defer to the next cohort at no additional cost — we allow one deferral per enrolment. Our ninety-four percent completion rate exists because we actively support learners rather than leaving them to figure it out alone.

We offer a full refund within seven days of your cohort start date if the course is not what you expected. After seven days, you can defer to a future cohort instead. We stand behind the quality of our programs and want every participant to feel confident in their investment.
